In our Distillery we explore the sensory heritage of Mexico through ancestral cacahuazintle, taking it from field to bottle.
Crafted from the finest, non-GMO, ancestral corn, cultivated and passed down for more than 200 generations by local farmers for its distinct, extraordinary flavor.
Produced from nixtamalization, a 4,000 year old Mesoamerican cooking method that uncovers the deepest notes and flavours of our ancestral ingredients. No other whisky in the world is made like this.

Nixta Licor de Elote is one-of-a-kind Mexican ancestral corn liqueur made from a base of the best finest, non-GMO, ancestral corn.

For its production, we select the best tender cacahuazintle corn of the early season, then blended with our ancestral maize spirit and a clarified sweet mash produced from fully matured cacahuzintle hominy–coarsely ground corn.
​
The use of the ancient Mesoamerican technique of nixtamalisation reveals the finest and richest flavours of the corn and unveils notes of sweet corn perfectly balanced with toasted notes of roasted corn, vanilla and caramel.
